The Opportunity:

With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like Adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino's Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to join our Digital Marketing team.

As our Social Media & Content Lead, you'll be the creative engine driving the next phase of our social media growth. Focused on mobile-first video production, creator partnerships, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic channel expansion, this role bridges the gap between high-level commercial strategy and daily execution.

Reporting directly to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead our video content output - balancing organic, trend-led "social-first" content with high-stakes commercial partner deliverables. You will film and edit high-converting video assets, manage end-to-end influencer and UGC operations, and pioneer our launch on search-critical platforms like YouTube and Reddit.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Commercial Partnerships

• Mobile-First Video Execution: Concept, film, and edit engaging, high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for both organic feed growth and sponsored brand partnerships.
• Commercial Fulfilment: Work closely with the Partnerships team to fulfil client briefs and ensure all commercial video deliverables meet strict deadlines and brand standards.
• Protecting Organic Engagement: Produce trend-led, non-promotional content to maintain our target engagement rate and balance commercial output on our feeds.
• Cross-Functional Asset Hub: Act as the primary video content lead for internal teams, producing dedicated video assets to support User Experience (UX), VIP/Loyalty, SEO, and Brand Campaigns.

Influencer & UGC Operations

• End-to-End Creator Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with influencers and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators.
• Asset Pipeline: Direct external creators to ensure they deliver high-converting, on-brand video assets that can be repurposed across organic feeds, app experience, and paid ads.

Strategic Channel Expansion

• YouTube & Reddit Launch: Lead the setup, content creation, and daily running of our new YouTube and Reddit channels to capture search demand, improve AI discovery, and expand brand visibility.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Social Team Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with our Social Media Assistant on big brand campaigns, community initiatives, and high-impact BAU content.
• Paid Media Alignment: Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to identify organic top-performers and supply high-converting UGC assets for performance ad campaigns.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on social media and content creation experience in-house or agency.
• Expert Creator & Editor: Exceptional skills in producing and editing mobile-first video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.), with a sharp eye for pacing, thumb-stopping hooks, and storytelling.
• On & Off Camera: Equally comfortable presenting in front of the camera, interviewing others, or directing external creators behind the scenes.
• Influencer & UGC Savvy: Proven experience sourcing, briefing, and managing influencer partnerships and UGC pipelines.
• Platform Native: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit cultures, trends, and algorithm mechanics.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong awareness of how organic engagement, creator content, and social storytelling support direct commercial revenue and business targets.
