Accommodation Safety & Support Officer SIA York

Task Personnel Solutions are recruiting Accommodation Safety & Support Officers to work across student accommodation and other residential sites.

This is a people-focused role with responsibility for safety, operational support and site checks.

You may be working on a front desk, supporting residents, checking the building or responding to issues out of hours.

Your Role

You’ll help make sure residents feel safe, supported and looked after.

You’ll be a calm and professional presence on site. You’ll also complete basic checks to make sure the building is safe, clean and running properly.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome residents, visitors and contractors
• Provide clear and friendly support
• Carry out regular site checks
• Check alarms, lights and basic safety systems
• Help make sure shared areas are safe and tidy
• Support out-of-hours issues when needed
• Record incidents clearly
• Follow site rules and supervisor instructions
