National Grid in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Team Leader to guide Craft staff on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and drive efficient, compliant field performance across the region.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage 1:1 performance and development. A full UK/EU driving licence and NRSWA familiarity are preferred. Applicants should reside within ~60 minutes of the depot.
