The Connection at St Martin’s, operating in London and led by Homeless Link, is recruiting for an Intensive Engagement Hub role. You will work in Westminster with a small team to engage people rough sleeping who face barriers to stability, delivering targeted support across hubs and sites, including winter/special initiatives.
Based at CSTM and other local sites, the role lasts six months with a potential extension, and offers a holistic approach to health, wellbeing and securing longer-term
