Property Maintenance Lead – Major Repairs & CDM Expert

Curo Group in Bath seeks a Property Maintenance Manager (Contractor Delivery) to lead a team of Project Surveyors and oversee major repairs, insurance works, and damp and mould remediation. You will act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 and drive root-cause solutions within a £5m+ annual budget, coordinating with contractors and our in-house team.
You will empower delivery, report to the Executive Team, and ensure customer needs are placed at the center of every project.
