Customer Experience & Events Host

Tenpin in the United Kingdom seeks a Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent service at the reception, handle bookings and inquiries, and promote sales opportunities. You will host events, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming centre.

You’ll work across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and children's parties, with a friendly, proactive and flexible approach valued at all times.
