Food & Beverage Manager

• Ensure the high quality and performance of all food and beverage outlets
• Recruit, train and manage the food and beverage team, whilst fostering a culture of excellent service and teamwork
• Manage department budgets and forecasts
• Ensure all customers receive an exceptional standard of service

The Person:

• Previous Experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, or a similar role
• Confident Communicator
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health regulations
