Airport Back-of-House Lead, First Line Manager

DHL is seeking a Back of House, First Line Manager to oversee HR matters and lead a team within its aviation contract at Gatwick airport. You will report to the Airside Performance Manager and support compliance, investigations, and continuous improvement.
The role requires security/background checks and the ability to collaborate with local teams on incidents, CSRs and safety initiatives. This is a 6-month temporary secondment, based on site at Gatwick.
