The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Business and Economics lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students to develop a strong understanding of the subject and its relevance in the wider world. The Role:

• Teach Business Studies and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that encourage student progress
• Support students in developing analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Business and/or Economics at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire students
• A commitment to high expectations and student achievement
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive department
