Essential
Proven experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle, from concept and design development through procurement, contractual engagement, delivery, and completion.
Experience working within a public sector environment, including an understanding of governance, stakeholder management, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
Strong working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), including an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of Principal Designers and Principal Contractors.
Recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent) with demonstrable experience applying project management methodologies in complex project environments.
