MOT Tester

We are pleased to present this excellent opportunity on behalf of our client for a dedicated MOT Tester. The rightprofessionalwill join a reputable and busy service centre, focusing solely on MOT testing with a well-established team. This MOT Tester position offers stability, excellent earning potential, and a professional working environment.

• Basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, DOE
• Up to 12 MOT tests conducted per day, ensuring a consistent workload

Duties:

• Carrying out up to 12 MOT tests per day in accordance with current industry standards
• Ensuring vehicles meet legal MOT requirements and safety standards
• Accurately recording the details of each test performed
• Assisting with minor vehicle inspections and repairs when needed
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism

Requirements:

• Valid MOT Tester certification
• Relevant experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of MOT procedures and regulations
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and high workmanship standards
