Solicitor, FCILEx or Barrister, Housing Management and Property Litigation, 3+ PQE

The firm

A national law firm with a strong real estate client base, including the public and not for profit sectors. Teams are large, busy and collaborative.

The role

You will run your own caseload of housing litigation and advisory work for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords. Work includes injunctions, possession claims and disrepair, plus non contentious policy advice. You will supervise junior staff and paralegals and help with client training and business development.

What you will need

3+ years PQE in housing management or litigation. CILEx lawyers need civil litigation practice rights. You will need experience running your own caseload, the ability to supervise, good IT skills and resilience.
