Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Provide clear and professional advice to clients regarding legal procedures and documentation.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents with precision.
Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
Ensure timely progression of cases by effectively managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Utilize IT systems efficiently for document management, case tracking, and communication.
Support business development initiatives by providing excellent client service and fostering professional relationships.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant accreditation with 0-2 years PQE.
