BIM Coordinator

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading M&E Contractor, in a permanent position.

The successful candidate will attend the London office on a hybrid basis, whilst working on large scale data centre, education, and commercial projects with an experienced BIM team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage coordinated Revit MEP models.
• Work closely with consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Produce 3D models, clash detection reports, and drawings for project use.
• Update models based on design changes and client feedback.
• Support the production of construction documents and as-built models.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services.
• Skilled in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of M&E building systems.
• Familiar with BIM processes and coordination standards.
• Confident in clash detection and producing coordinated outputs.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
