The Collective Network Limited partners with a growing food manufacturing business in Cambridgeshire to recruit an HR Business Partner. You will help shape the future of its people function, moving HR from reactive to proactive and commercially focused.
In this hybrid role you will partner with the senior leadership team, build workforce plans, coach managers through ER challenges, lead a small HR team and drive improvements in HR processes, systems and reporting to support growth.
