You will lead recruitment campaigns, work with managers on training and development, update policies, and handle ER cases. CIPD qualification is essential, with flexible hours and a good benefits package.
The role reports to the HR Director and works with a HR consultancy, with an evolving remit and ideas welcomed. Salary is negotiable.
