Asda is seeking an Operations Specialist – Employee Relations (ER) to provide expert ER guidance mainly over the phone to line managers, managing end-to-end ER cases and ensuring policy and GDPR compliance. The role also involves project work to enhance the ER service within a growing business that puts colleagues at its heart.
The successful candidate should be CIPD qualified or studying, possess strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, and have proven ER case experience.
