Technology Recruiter – 100% Delivery

Hunter Bond is looking for an experienced delivery-focused recruiter to join our Technology team.

We're looking for someone with 6+ months of agency recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and building relationships with candidates, but doesn't want to spend their day cold-calling businesses or chasing new clients.

The Technology Desk

You'll be working across a specialist technology market, recruiting for roles within areas such as:

• Software Engineering
• DevOps & Cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Data & AI
• Infrastructure
• IT & Technology Leadership

You'll work with existing clients across financial services, fintech, hedge funds, trading firms and specialist technology businesses , giving you exposure to some genuinely interesting hiring projects.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a delivery-first role , so your focus is finding and engaging the right people.

You'll:

• Source and headhunt high-quality technology professionals
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks
• Screen candidates and understand their technical experience
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer
• Work closely with consultants and account teams on live vacancies
• Develop your knowledge of the technology market and become a specialist in your area
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates and become their go‑to recruiter
