What will the Manager - BSI / Outsourcing role involve?

Leading a team in managing client accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met and service standards maintained
Supporting business advisors with a wide range of financial responsibilities including accounts, tax, payroll, and company secretarial work
Overseeing the delivery of high-quality financial reports and compliance in accordance with accounting standards and legislation
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on unlocking cross-selling opportunities
Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department

Suitable Candidate for the Manager - BSI / Outsourcing vacancy:

Demonstrates strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting or finance teams
Able to coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Possesses broad technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporation tax, and company secretarial duties
