A national law firm with a strong insurance and disputes practice, acting for insurers and corporate clients.
You will act for liability insurers on personal injury claims across fast track, intermediate and multi track. You will also get involved in health and safety investigations and prosecutions, inquests and product regulation work, and help manage client relationships.
A solicitor or legal executive, NQ to 2 PQE, with a good grounding in personal injury claims and fast track litigation. An interest in product law and health and safety is important. Occasional travel to London is required.
Broad exposure across liability, regulatory and inquest work, with flexible working where possible.
