Finance Manager

This role offers full responsibility for the finance function while partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance.

Description

• Ownership of monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
• Prepare accurate group reporting packs and ensure compliance with group deadlines.
• Provide commercial analysis and insightful reporting to support decision making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance and profitability.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
• Manage year-end processes and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain robust financial controls and processes.
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance or QBE.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000
