Are you an experienced personal tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Kent, is seeking a Personal Tax Senior to join their friendly and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including HNWIs, sole traders, landlords, and company directors
• Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns
• Providing tax planning and advisory support on a range of personal tax issues
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Assisting junior staff and reviewing their work where appropriate
• Keeping up to date with the latest tax legislation and compliance requirements

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice
• ATT qualified or part-qualified; CTA qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and planning
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
