Credit Control Manager

With rental income of more than £70m and housing property assets in excess of £1.4bn, Andium Homes is a substantial business. As our principal source of income, the collection of rents is a high priority and vital in ensuring that we can maintain our homes and fund our development programme.

The Credit Control Manager leads the Income Recovery Team and is responsible for creating a positive, supportive and accountable working environment. The role sets clear expectations, manages team performance and development, and helps colleagues handle sensitive client situations with confidence, fairness and sound judgement. Building strong relationships across the company and with external partners is central to delivering the best outcomes for clients.
