Salary: Up to £40,000 (potentially some flex) + Discretionary Bonus & Benefits

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact?

We're seeking a Payroll & Reward Analyst to join a busy HR Operations team, acting as the go-to expert for payroll, reward and benefits queries across the UK & Ireland. You'll work closely with stakeholders, external providers and specialist teams to deliver an accurate, compliant and seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for Payroll & Reward, supporting complex queries and escalations.
Ensure payroll, reward and benefits processes are delivered accurately and compliantly.
Manage relationships with payroll providers and key stakeholders.
Partner with Tax, Legal, Pensions and Benefits teams to support end-to-end processes.
Monitor legislative changes and support implementation of updates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Support HR projects and wider business change programmes.
Share knowledge and best practice across the team.

About You

You'll have:

Payroll experience within a medium-to-large organisation.
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience handling complex payroll issues and stakeholder queries.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive approach to process improvement and change.
Experience across both Payroll and Reward.
SAP Payroll knowledge.
Project or change management experience.
CIPP qualification (or working towards).
