A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.
The role
You will support the full eBilling process for the firm's clients.
Submit invoices through client platforms such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink
Keep client and matter data accurate on those systems
Track and fix rejected invoices
Manage the eBilling mailboxes and client queries
Train and support billing teams in the UK and overseas
What you will need
Legal billing experience (essential)
Good knowledge of eBilling platforms
Understanding of client billing guidelines
Good relationship skills with finance, IT and fee earners
