Construction & Trades is seeking an experienced Flooring Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive tenders for new-build residential flooring projects. The role involves reviewing drawings, carrying out take-offs and producing detailed costings for carpet, vinyl and wood flooring packages.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers and the contracts team to handover successful tenders and identify value-engineering opportunities.
