The Role
Identify and engage specialist, high-quality candidates for vacancies across a range of Life Sciences markets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level professionals.
Take ownership of the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to placement.
Drive growth by developing partnerships with innovative and emerging niche businesses.
What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 12 months' experience in recruitment or at least 12 months in a proactive sales role.
The confidence and adaptability to succeed within a highly specialized, high-calibre industry.
A motivated, target-focused mindset with natural resilience.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent numerical ability and confidence working with figures.
