Senior Practitioner - Family Help Team - Herefordshire

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Family Help Team in Herefordshire. This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to make a significant impact on the lives of families in need. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:

• Providing high-quality social work assessments and interventions for families.
• Leading and supervising a team of social workers and support staff.

• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with local policies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

• Registration with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience, particularly in family support or child protection.
