We are now seeking an outstanding Clinical Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team at Devonshire House in Plymouth.

About The Role

As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.

You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:

• Lead and develop a high-performing care team
• Deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care
• Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards
• Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement
• Create a positive culture where residents and staff thrive

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role.
• Holds a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Has experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home
• Has strong clinical and operational background
• Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services
• Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
• Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams
• Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism
