Research Fellow: Advanced Semiconductor Modelling & AI

The University of Surrey invites applications for a full-time fixed-term Researcher role on EPSRC project EP/Y /1. You will develop and validate advanced modelling for SGTs/MMTs using TCAD, compact and AI-assisted methods.

Work with experimental teams to fit models to data, document findings, and contribute to publications, proposals and collaborations. Some national/international travel may be required.
