Health and Social Care Lecturer

The Supply Register is recruiting on behalf of NCG for a knowledgeable and passionate Higher Education Health & Social Care Lecturer to join the academic team at NCG's Higher Education Centre in London (E14 9GE).

This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate Health & Social Care programmes, supporting learners as they develop academic knowledge and professional understanding within the sector.

Applications are welcomed from experienced HE lecturers and professionals with a strong background in health, social care, or related fields who are keen to inspire and support students.

A degree (or higher) in Health & Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, or a related discipline

Experience teaching in a Higher Education setting or delivering HE-level Health & Social Care content

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage and support diverse learners

Excellent communication, organisational, and assessment skills

Desirable:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
• HEA Fellowship (or working towards)
• Relevant professional or industry experience within health or social care
