Senior SCPHN School Nurse — Public Health (0-19)

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust in Hitchin is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing) Band 6 for a part-time, permanent post (30 hours per week).

You will lead the 5-19 Public Health Nursing Team to deliver universal, targeted and specialist care, promote the Healthy Child Programme, and collaborate with schools, families and clinical leads to improve outcomes for children and young people.
