We are recruiting a Registered Manager to join an established, quality-focused domiciliary care provider with ambitious plans for continued growth.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy/Care Manager ready to take the next step.

The role:

You will be responsible for the safe, effective and compliant day-to-day running of the service, ensuring customers receive high-quality, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the branch and care teams.
Maintaining compliance with CQC requirements, legislation and company policies.
Overseeing assessments, care plans, risk assessments and service reviews.
Managing recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development.
Ensuring safe staffing levels and effective rota coverage.
Managing complaints, incidents, safeguarding and quality improvement.
Building strong relationships with customers, families and professionals.
Supporting the growth and development of the service.
Participating in the on-call rota and helping maintain continuity of care when required.

About you:

You will have experience within health or social care, strong leadership skills and a good understanding of quality, compliance and person-centred care.

You should be able to demonstrate:

Experience of managing or supervising care teams.
Knowledge of CQC requirements and regulated care services.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A relevant social care qualification, ideally Level 5 or willingness to work towards it.
A full UK driving licence.

Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable but not essential. Strong candidates from domiciliary care, residential care or other regulated care environments will also be considered.
