At Barcroft Medical Practice, we are a modern, patient-focused GP surgery committed to providing excellent care to our local community. Our reception team are often the first point of contact for patients, making a real difference every day through kindness, professionalism and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Handling incoming telephone calls and patient enquiries
• Managing appointments
• Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team with administrative tasks
• Processing correspondence and maintaining accurate patient records
• Assisting patients with our digital services, including our Anima online consultation platform

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous reception, customer service or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
