The Opportunity

As a Junior Sales Executive , you’ll play an important role in supporting the company's sales growth. You’ll connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, introduce relevant products or services, and help generate new commercial opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn . No previous sales experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Introduce prospective customers to the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Arrange sales meetings, demonstrations, and appointments where appropriate.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your commercial and negotiation skills.
• Take part in regular sales training, coaching, and development sessions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment, sport, or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
