Strategic Customer Account Manager

Certas Energy, the UK's largest independent distributor of fuel and lubricants, is seeking a Customer Account Manager. You will maximise commercial sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow a portfolio of accounts through consultative selling and proactive relationship management.

You’ll handle inbound inquiries via calls and emails, identify cross-sell opportunities, and work with colleagues to keep records accurate and compliant while meeting KPIs.
