Position: Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist

Offer :

Location: 243 Westbourne Grove W11 2SE London

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Monthly commission based on turnover achieved
One weekend off per month (except in December)
Day-off offered on the birthday date
Extensive and ongoing training on products and facials
40% discount on products
5 sick days per calendar year after your probation period
28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

Provide a range of luxury facials with Oh My Cream Skincare, Dermalogica, Hydrafacial, Tata Harper and Susanne Kaufmann
Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
