Tyre Manager (Commercial Fleet) £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) Full-Time | Permanent Location: Felixstowe or Norwich

Ready to take your tyre and fleet maintenance experience to the next level? We are looking for a confident, organised Tyre Manager to join our busy maintenance team in Felixstowe or Norwich.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll take ownership of tyre activity across a busy truck and trailer fleet, authorising work, coordinating suppliers, managing breakdowns, and keeping costs and paperwork under control.

What We're Looking For...

• Strong knowledge of commercial tyres (essential)
• Experience in tyre control, maintenance control, fleet admin, workshop control or service advising (ideal)
• Organised and able to multi-task in a busy environment
• Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Positive attitude, good sense of humour, and a team-first mindset
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial tyre activity across the truck & trailer fleet (inspections, repairs, replacements) to minimise downtime.
• Authorise supplier work/breakdowns, handle calls, and keep customers updated on ETAs.
• Liaise with depots, drivers, technicians and suppliers to keep jobs moving.
• Process supplier invoices and customer recharges, maintaining accurate records and cost control.
• Support the maintenance team and work confidently solo when needed.

• Salary - £35 - £40,000 PA Full-time, permanent position
• 23 days holiday per annum + bank holidays
