Customer & Sales Support Executive

Location: Yate, Bristol (100% office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Salary: £27,500 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team in Yate. This role is key to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the sales function through order processing, customer relationship management and coordination with internal departments.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone, email and internal systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints, resolving issues efficiently or escalating when required.
• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
• Assist the sales team with bespoke order requests and administration.
• Ensure customer deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Log all customer communications and updates within the CRM system.
• Use Business Central (BC) and CRM platforms effectively in daily activities.
• Prioritise workloads and consistently meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support business efficiency.
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or office-based administration role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
