• Use basic IT systems to support despatch processes
• Take ownership of tasks, identifying and escalating issues where required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, despatch, or similar environment (desirable, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and team leaders
• Basic IT knowledge
• The ability to work on your own initiative and manage your workload effectively
• A strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of your tasks and learning from mistakes
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success

Why Join Us?

• Permanent, stable employment with a well-established organisation
• Supportive team environment where your contribution is valued
• Active, hands-on role with variety in your day-to-day tasks
• Opportunities to develop skills and grow within the business

If you have a positive approach to your work, take pride in accuracy and teamwork, and are looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.

We understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, and with this in mind, we are dedicated to providing an inclusive workplace where every colleague feels valued and comfortable to be their true self. If you require any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please do let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
