Warehouse Operative PM Shift

**Job Title:** Warehouse Operative**Location:** Newcastle**Work Pattern:** Part Time, 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 17:00-22:00, Sunday 08:00-13:00, Saturday plus 1 rotating day off.* Replenish stock within the automated picking system.* Pick and pack customer orders accurately across manual picking, bulk, fridge, and secure areas.* Route completed orders to the correct transport and distribution channels.* Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity when handling products.* Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements at all times.* Support the efficient flow of products through the warehouse operation.* Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets and service levels.* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Good visual accuracy and attention to detail.* Basic numeracy skills.* Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.* Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.* Reliable and dependable work ethic.* Previous warehouse or distribution experience.* Experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics environment.* Familiarity with automated picking systems.* Experience picking and packing customer orders.* Understanding of stock control and inventory processes.* Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment.* Experience working to productivity and performance targets.* Flexible approach to supporting operational requirements.Cencora is a leading global pharmaceutical solutions company that is committed to improving the lives of people and animals everywhere.
