Food Store Customer Assistant - High-Energy Evenings

Marks & Spencer in Inverness is looking for a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you’ll be at the frontline of service. You’ll stay calm under pressure, greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the latest food products with confidence.

You’ll be a brand ambassador who uses Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience. We value teamwork, adaptability across store areas, and a can-do attitude to meet customer demand during busy periods.
