Retail Supervisor — Lead Team, Drive Sales (30h/wk)

Deichmann is recruiting a part-time Retail Supervisor for our Bromley store. The role is 30 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and potential commission. You will support the Store Manager, open/close duties, and ensure exceptional customer service on a fast-paced shop floor.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate a team, manage stock, and drive sales while delivering a great shopping experience.
