Flexible-Shift Retail Customer Team Member

SPAR Long Sutton is recruiting a Customer Team Member (18+) to support store management and enhance the customer experience. You will help maximise sales through excellent service, stock checks, and accurate till work, with a focus on Brilliant Basics and Moments of Wow.

The role involves 16 hours per week (more as needed), flexible shifts between 7am–11pm, and a pay rate up to £12.75 per hour depending on age. Applicants must be over 18 and willing to undergo post office vetting.
