Role Summary

Job Title: Production Operator
Function: Supply Chain - Clay
Location: Bedworth
Reporting to: Team Leader
Direct Reports: None
Standard Hours (inc shift pattern): 4 on 4 off - 4 weeks of days and 4 weeks of nights
Days – 06:00 to 18:15
Nights – 18:00 to 06:15
Permanent opportunity

Responsibilities

Adhering to Health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Operating and maintaining Production line machinery, equipment and mobile plant.
Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness by taking full ownership of your working area.
Regular quality control monitoring and recording through both visual and physical inspection of products.
Identification and safe resolution of Breakdowns and quality issues in partnership with the Maintenance team.
Proactively report safety and quality issues as soon as they are discovered.

Key skills and experience

Knowledge and experience of working on a production line
Basic Maths and English skills
Basic writing skills
Good standard of verbal communication
A dependable team player
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
