Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to support the manufacturing process at our facility in Abingdon. This role focuses on sub-assemblies as part of a production team, where you’ll contribute to maintaining high standards and meeting ambitious production goals. Whether you're an experienced problem solver or new and eager to learn, this role offers hands-on opportunities to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the manufacture, testing, and inspection of product sub-assemblies.
Completing assembly tasks while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Following production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
Keeping workspaces clean, organised, and safe.
Adhering to health and safety regulations and other internal procedures.
Providing support in other manufacturing areas when required.
Qualifications
A basic understanding of workshop tools, both power and manual.
General education to a good standard.
The ability (or willingness to learn) to read drawings and follow work instructions.
