Where could your journey take you?

Not everyone wants a typical 9 to 5. If you prefer working evenings and nights, enjoy staying active and like being part of a team that keeps the country moving while most people are asleep, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Every successful delivery starts long before our drivers hit the road. Our night shift Warehouse Operatives play a vital role in preparing customer orders, ensuring the right products are picked, loaded and ready for delivery the next day.

If night working suits your lifestyle and you're looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, this could be the next step in your journey.

Make our journey your journey and help us deliver great service to customers across the UK.

Play an important part in our journey

As a Warehouse Operative on our night shift, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders ready for delivery.

Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll help ensure our drivers leave on time with the right products in the right place, so our customers receive the excellent service they expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll stay active throughout your shift while playing a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly overnight.

What you'll be doing

• Picking customer orders accurately using voice technology headsets
• Loading vehicles ready for delivery
• Organising and storing products safely and correctly
• Using warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided
• Moving stock using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and forklifts
• Supporting colleagues to keep the warehouse running efficiently overnight
• Helping ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete and accurate orders

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• A commitment to delivering excellent service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using voice picking technology is beneficial but not essential
• Warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful, but not essential
• A good level of physical fitness, as this is an active role involving regular movement and manual handling
• Reliability and flexibility to work evening and night shifts

Why join us?

Night shifts can offer a working pattern that fits around family commitments, personal interests or simply your preferred way of working. If you're someone who enjoys working later hours, you'll be joining a team that plays a critical role in keeping our operation moving around the clock.
