Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email,
and in person Accurately process orders, bookings, and customer
requests Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and
professionally Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure
smooth service delivery Maintain up-to-date records and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales and
customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or
administration role (ideally within logistics or transport) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Confident using IT systems (MS Office, email, CRM systems,
etc.) Ability to work as part of a team and independently Flexible and adaptable approach to work
