Site & Facilities Assistant – Varied School Role with Training

Odiham, Hampshire-based Site Assistant role within a large secondary school, offering extensive training and a stable Estates team. You’ll undertake a range of site duties, with plenty of support from the Estates Manager and colleagues, and a clear progression path.

Shifts cover early to late hours (about 6am–2pm, 10am–6pm, or 2pm–10pm), total 37 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on health & safety and community use of facilities.
