We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Immigration Caseworker with a strong interest in UK business immigration law and professional fluency in Turkish.

Working closely with experienced solicitors and senior caseworkers, you will support a varied caseload involving sponsored worker applications, sponsor licence matters, business mobility routes, entrepreneur and talent-based visas, and other corporate immigration matters.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and submission of business immigration applications under appropriate supervision.
Support applications under routes including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Global Talent, Innovator Founder and other relevant visa categories.
Assist with sponsor licence applications, renewals, compliance matters.
Draft client correspondence, forms, representations and supporting documents in English and Turkish.
Review corporate and personal documents to ensure applications are complete, accurate and compliant.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, attendance notes, time records and billing information.

Requirements

Professional fluency in Turkish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
A genuine interest in UK business immigration law.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with the Skilled Worker route, sponsor licensing or business mobility applications.
Previous experience in a law firm, immigration practice or professional services environment.
Familiarity with legal case management systems.
Experience preparing visa applications and supporting document bundles.
